HOW CAN I START MY CATALOG SALES BUSINESS?
Once you make your first sale, you become a representative. There’s no need to purchase inventory upfront, and there are no minimum sales required. All you need to do is sell, and you’ll be an Intima representative.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE CATALOG AND PRODUCTS?
You will receive the catalog by mail within 2 to 3 weeks after you complete the form. If it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us again. You will also receive the products by mail, directly to the delivery address you provided when placing your order. One of the advantages of Intima is that you don’t have to pick up the products from anywhere. We will deliver everything to the address you specify.

Once you make your first sale, you become a representative of the company. There’s no need to purchase inventory upfront, and you’re not obligated to meet any sales quotas. All you have to do is sell, and you’ll be an Intima representative.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE?
No. With Intima there is no minimum purchase amount. You grow your business at your own pace. You decide how much time and effort you dedicate to your business.
SHOULD I PLACE ORDERS EVERY MONTH?
No. You are under no obligation. You are your own boss and you decide how much time and effort you put into your business.
DO I HAVE TO BUY A CERTAIN QUANTITY TO GET THE WHOLESALE PRICE?
No. As an Intima representative, you automatically receive the wholesale price from the first product.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO START SELLING THE PRODUCT?
Make your first sale and you're a representative of the company. You don't have to buy any inventory beforehand and you're not under any obligation to meet sales quotas or anything. All you have to do is sell to become a representative of Intima.

SHIPMENT
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It depends on where you live. Your order will arrive in approximately 1 week from the time you place your order. You can track your order on our website using your password.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
Shipping and handling is a flat $14.95 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase. The more you order, the less the shipping and handling cost per item. To help you recoup your cost, we suggest you charge your customers $6 for each large item (duvets, quilts, jackets, etc.) and $4 for each small item (curtains, towels, tablecloths, etc.).
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVES?
No. The important thing is that you have the Money Orders ready. But anyone can receive the order.
PRODUCTS
IS THE PRODUCT OF QUALITY?
Yes. The product is of guaranteed quality. If you are not happy with the product, you can return it to us (as long as it has not been used). Intima will credit the value to your account. With Intima, you are always supported.
IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING?
Intima pays for return shipping if the product is defective due to factory issues. Once we receive it, the quality control department reviews the product and credits you the value of the product for your next purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A PRODUCT AND THEN THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T WANT IT? WHAT DO I DO?
You have our guarantee, we are responsible for the product. However, it is worth trying to sell everything you order to avoid shipping charges.
TAXES
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THE ORDER?
If you live in the State of Florida, you must pay taxes on the merchandise. If you live in any other State, you do not pay taxes on the merchandise.
